Considering the need of time, our department has decided to focus on laparoscopic surgeries. Our institute is recognized for minimally invasive surgery under MUHS. Dr. Jayotsnakshirsagar mam has started doing laproscopic surgeries 20 years back and Dr. Sandhya Bhattad is also been performing laproscopic surgeries since 8 years, and Dr. Gauri Dank since 2 yrs. Recently, Dr.Gauri has completed the 1 yr fellowship course of min invasive surgeries under MUHS at our institute. And Dr .Sandhya has also taken the admission for same course and will be completing it next year. In last yr from 1 st April to 31 st march 2023 in OBGY Dept we have done 170 laprohysteroscopic surgeries and thsyr till date performed 77 surgeries.
